If you are a current student of the Technical University of Kosice, you need to follow rules before:

  1. you are in Slovakia and you will stay in TUKE dorm during the summer holiday as well: in this case, pay 100€ by end of May and 200€ by the end of June. You can also transfer 300€ together by end of May, as its the same account:
    IBAN: SK97 8180 0000 0070 0008 4912
    Name of bank: Statna pokladnica
    SWIFT: SPSRSKBAXXX
Variable symbol: 2019…. (you can find it on your dorm contract)
Draft of contract you can find attached.
  2. you are not in Slovakia, but you wish to keep things in room during summer holiday
In this case, pay 100€ for June by end of the May and 100€ for July and August (50€ for July and 50€ for August). The same contract applies in this case as well.
    IBAN: SK97 8180 0000 0070 0008 4912
    Name of bank: Statna pokladnica
    SWIFT: SPSRSKBAXXX
Variable symbol: 2019…. (you can find it on your dorm contract)
Draft of the contract you can find attached.
  3. you are not in Slovakia, you want to cancel the contract in the room – in this case, you need to shift your things and luggage from the dorm. If you keep things in the room, you need to pay according to point (2). For June, you do not need pay cancellation fee 30€, If you paid it, you can ask for a refund. Please do not forget to write an email to dorm office and inform them.
  4. you are not in Slovakia, you want to cancel the contract but you didn’t pay rent for March to May – if you dont cancel the rent contract by end of the month, you must pay 100€ for June as well. Make sure to make payment by Wednesday, so you dont need to pay extra money.

Important: it is necessary to book a dorm from September 2020 if you plan to study in Slovakia. In order to confirm the reservation in a dorm, you need to pay a 100€ reservation fee to dorm account by end of July.
