If you wish to return from India to Slovakia and you have valid RP (your RP card is automatically extended by 1 month, but better to arrive within your RP card validity), you need to do following:
1. register in portal of Ministry of foreign affairs in Slovakia – https://navraty.mzv.sk/
Please do it 3 days before arrival to Slovakia

2. you can choose between Smart Quarantine (means isolated in some flat – not dorm) and standard quarantine center by the government for 14 days. As you do not have general doctor, we suggest going to governmental quarantine

3. in the quarantine, you will take also Covid-19 test – which is mandatory to come back to dorms
