Graduate perspectives: Graduates are knowledgeable and experienced in basic informatics and in mathematical disciplines used in informatics. They are able to solve problems at the intersection of mathematics and informatics. The graduate is able to work independently with scientific literature, and to communicate in English at the advanced level. Graduates can find employment in multidisciplinary research teams, where they will use mathematical modeling software tools to solve real situation problems.  Research-oriented students can continue at Ph.D. level.
