The Faculty of mechanical engineering is part of the Slovak Technical University and located in Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia. Slovak Technical university has 7 faculties and it the biggest technical university in Slovakia. Degree from Slovak Technical University is recognized in Europe thanks to the ECTS credit system. About the Faculty
The Faculty of mechanical engineering is one of 7 faculties of Slovak Technical Universities. It consists of 11 institutes and Technology Quality Transfer Center, Mechanical Engineering Consultancy Center and Institute for Education PSA Peugeot-Citroën. There are totally 260 employees (148 academic staff, 19 professors and 39 associate professors). Almost 2000 international and Slovak students study at the Faculty. There are 5 bachelors, 13 masters and 10 doctoral study programs offered in Slovak language.
