Call for new employees
“This company will bring jobs to those, who cannot work in metallurgy (U.S. Steel company) and are not IT specialists. The new plant should fill a gap in the market. I think this will be a positive impulse for other Japanese companies to come to Kosice. They will realise, that our universities produce extremely skilled people and we can also them offer good price of labor, “said Raši.
The new plant will be the pride of the city
During a business trip to Japan, Mayor visited the first plant of Minebea, which was established over 60 years ago.
“This factory made huge impression to me. It looks like a medical laboratory and has an excellent organization of work. I think if such a plant will be built in our city, it will not only produce new jobs for people, but will also be jewel in Slovak industry,” concluded the Mayor.
Exact amounf of investment and plan of construction, will be announced in December 2017. Representatives of Japanese company are expected to come as well.
